How It Works

Select your cut below and place your deposit. Deposits will be applied toward your final price. Final price is determined by price per pound × processing weight, with most animals processing between 600–700 lbs at $8.50–$10.00/lb.

Our Beef

Quarter Beef
$200.00

Place your deposit on a quarter beef. Approximately 90–110 lbs of take-home beef. Includes cuts from both the front and hind quarters. Perfect for a small family or first-time buyer. Recommended freezer space: 4–5 cubic feet.

Half Beef
$350.00

Place your deposit on a half beef. Approximately 175–220 lbs of take-home beef. One full side of the animal. You'll get a variety of steaks, roasts, ribs, and ground beef. Recommended freezer space: 8–10 cubic feet.

Whole Beef
$600.00

Place your deposit on a full beef. Approximately 350–440 lbs of take home beef - the entire animal! Best value per pound and Coastside Cattle Co. covers $500 butcher fees. Recommended freezer space: 16–20 cubic feet.

Coastside Cattle Co. is a working cattle operation based in Half Moon Bay, CA focused on raising quality Black Angus beef the right way.

Our cattle have space to roam, fresh coastal air, and open pastures year round. We believe that raising low stress animals, with strong genetics, and proper care produces better beef. You can taste the difference.
